High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Equipped with premium motor, digital control system, vacuum venting, screen changer, gearbox, and flexible die. Optional PLC/PCC control system with specially designed screws for processing HIPS, PP, and PET materials.
Three-Roller Calender: Features three hard surface polished rollers with flawless mirror chrome plating for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Each roller includes individual, high-volume pressurized water temperature control for precise temperature management and superior sheet surface quality.

Working Principle
The plastic material undergoes three distinct states at different temperatures: The screw's pushing force transforms the material from a glassy state to an elastic state and finally to a viscous, fluid state. The material flows through the narrow gap of the die, followed by calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting, haul-off, cutting, and winding processes to produce the finished sheet product.
