The sheet extrusion line is one of the most complete, high-performance, and reliable sheet production systems available. We offer three complete system specifications, equipped with 65mm, 90mm, or 120mm extruders to meet various capacity and production needs. This production line is designed for high efficiency, stability, and is suitable for producing a variety of plastic sheets and films.
Key Features
High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Equipped with a high-quality motor, digital control system, vacuum venting, screen changer, gearbox, and flexible die. The extruder can also be equipped with a PLC/PCC control system, with specially designed screws for processing HIPS, PP, and PET.
Three-Roller Calender: Features three hard surface polished rollers with flawless mirror chrome plating, designed for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Each roller is equipped with an individual, high-volume pressurized water temperature control system to ensure accurate temperature control, providing a smooth and shiny sheet surface.
High-Performance Cooling System: Uses forced water cooling to significantly enhance production efficiency, with temperature synchronization to ensure product quality.

Working Principle
The plastic undergoes three states at different temperatures: The screw's pushing force changes the material from a glassy state to an elastic state and then to a viscous, fluid state. It flows out through the narrow gap of the die, after which the processes of calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting, haul-off, cutting, and winding take place.

High-Strength Alloy Structural Steel: The material barrel, screw, and die are made of high-grade alloy structural steel (38CRMOALA) treated by nitriding, providing high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

Calendering Design: The large conical slot design enhances cooling inside the rollers, ensuring temperature synchronization for high-quality production.
