Description of the production:
Water-proof Coiled Material/GEO-membrance Film Extrusion Line is a super-large water-proof Coiled material. The mainly material for the film is various kinds of polymer, such as PE, PP, PET, PVC, EVA etc. The max width is 8000mm, the thickness from 0.1 to 3.0mm. In order to meet different customers with different requirements, other auxiliary equipment could be arranged.
Brief introduction of geomembrane
Geomembranes are specialized double-surface membranes made from virgin resin, known for their excellent impermeability, antifouling properties, and mechanical strength. They maintain dimensional and chemical stability, while also offering thermal and aging resistance, as well as protection against UV radiation. With a high friction coefficient, geomembranes provide effective skid resistance, making them suitable for sloped surfaces. Their enhanced bearing capacity improves structural support, making them ideal for landfill construction and projects that require earth-covered slopes. Overall, geomembranes are essential for ensuring reliable waterproofing and stability in various applications.
Application: Mainly used in the landfill plant, waste water treatment plants, subway project, tunnel construction, artificial lake, industrial water-proof and other projects.
