We offer three complete system specifications, equipped with 65mm, 90mm, or 120mm extruders to meet various capacity and production needs. This production line is designed for high efficiency, stability, and is suitable for producing a variety of plastic sheets and films.
Key Features
High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Equipped with high-quality motor, digital control system, vacuum venting, screen changer, gearbox, and flexible die. Optional PLC/PCC control system with specially designed screws for processing HIPS, PP, and PET.
Three-Roller Calender: Features three hard surface polished rollers with flawless mirror chrome plating for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Each roller has individual high-volume pressurized water temperature control for accurate temperature control and smooth, shiny sheet surfaces.
High-Performance Cooling System: Uses forced water cooling to significantly enhance production efficiency with temperature synchronization to ensure product quality.

Working Principle
The plastic undergoes three states at different temperatures: The screw's pushing force changes the material from a glassy state to an elastic state and then to a viscous, fluid state. It flows out through the narrow gap of the die, after which the processes of calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting, haul-off, cutting, and winding take place.
