This water supply pipe machine mainly includes single screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray water cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and bracket.

The machine production line is controlled by the PLC computer, easy and convenient to operate.

Features of the 20-Year HDPE Solid Pressure Pipe Extrusion Line

  1. Advanced Design: The production line features a first single screw extruder for square-shaped pipe, a square-shaped pipe extrusion die, a vacuum calibration water tank, a spray cooling water tank, a second single screw extruder for melting glue, a spiral forming unit, a cutting unit, and a stacking unit.

  2. Efficient Extrusion:

    • The first extruder is designed for square-shaped pipes, while the second is for melting glue materials.
    • Utilizes extrusion theory for low energy consumption and low-temperature plastication tailored to heavier molecular weight materials.
    • Features a unique screw design for efficient separation of solid and melting materials, enhancing extrusion capacity.
    • Special high mix-melting design allows for effective low-temperature plastication.

  3. Spiral Forming Unit:

    • Incorporates an advanced multi-axes transmission box for high transmission force and stable performance.
    • Composite die-head design enables rotational molding after combined feed, producing high-quality winding pipes.
    • The glue extruder is adjustable in multiple directions, and the PLC computer control system with a touch screen facilitates automated and reliable operation.

  4. Cutting Unit:

    • Features saw cutting for desired lengths, controlled by an OMRON or MITSUBISHI PLC computer system with a touch screen for automated and reliable operation.

  5. PLC Control System:

    • Equipped with high-speed processing and large storage capacity.
    • Multi-control points allow synchronous auto-tail control of forming pipe extrusion, melting adhesive extrusion, winding, and cutting processes.
    • Supports separate control of two extruders and the winding unit using two touch screens.

  6. Dual Components:

    • PE Pipe Production Line: Extrudes PE/PP pipes or square-shaped pipes based on customer requirements, including:
      • SJ Series Single Screw Extruder
      • Die Head (outer mold and mandrel)
      • Calibration Sleeve
      • Vacuum Cooling Tank
