Equipment composition
- Pipeline conveying system**: The conveying device can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the pipe. It adopts PLC central control system and is equipped with a human-machine interactive interface. It can uniformly adjust the opening and angle, and each set of wheels is driven independently.
-Surface treatment system**: Including internal and external surface sandblasting system, used to remove rust and impurities on the surface of the pipe.
- Pipeline dust removal system**: Used to remove dust and abrasives on the surface of the pipe and improve the adhesion of epoxy powder.
- Pipeline heating system**: Used to preheat, heat and cure the pipe to meet different process requirements.

Process flow
1. Pipeline on-line**: Place the pipe on the conveying device.
2. External rust removal**: Remove rust on the outer surface of the pipe by sandblasting and other methods.
3. Internal rust removal**: Remove rust on the inner surface of the pipe.
4. Pipeline rotation**: Make the pipe rotate evenly during the spraying process.
5. Pipeline heating**: Heat the pipe to an appropriate temperature so that the epoxy powder can adhere better.
6. Internal and external spraying**: Use electrostatic spraying technology to evenly spray epoxy powder on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe.
7. Offline inspection**: Perform quality inspection on the pipe after spraying.
