The process flow of Huashida heat shrinkable sleeve extrusion line:
First, the PE back film extrusion line manufactures PE films tailored to client specifications.
Second, the films are transported to a certified irradiation facility for precise radiation crosslinking, ensuring optimal fire resistance and tensile strength.
Third, the irradiated films enter the heat-shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating line, where they undergo:Double stretching to achieve the desired shrinkage rate;
Adhesive lamination using a proprietary hot-melt formula, extruded via a specialized reactor and bonded to the substrate under controlled pressure.The final product exhibits exceptional peel strength and dimensional stability.

The radial shrinking forces of the sleeve squeezes the fluid adhesive into all the pipe surface irregularities, while the sleeve conforms tightly to the joint profile. On cooling, the adhesive solidifies, creating a tough bond to the pipe and the coating.
