Product Description
The HDPE hollow wall corrugated pipes produced by this line feature high stiffness, high burst strength, and low weight due to their unique structure. Additionally, they offer numerous advantages, such as good resistance to creep deformation, resistance to external pressure, and resistance to erosion (including acids, alkalis, and salts), with an approximate lifespan of 50 years. These pipes have been widely used for municipal sewage and drainage applications and are gradually replacing traditional materials like cement pipes and cast iron pipes. Their low assembly cost, ease of operation, easy connection, and economical construction make them highly promising in terms of market potential and future development.
Our Advantages
Hollow wall pipe:
Production process: The high-density polyethylene is first made into a rectangular pipe embryo by winding molding process, and then formed by winding welding.
Structural features: The middle of the pipe wall is hollow and the ring stiffness is high.
Diameter range: Not limited by the pipe diameter, large-diameter pipes can be produced, up to DN3000. Huashida is capable of producing large - diameter (4000mm) hollow - wall winding pipe production lines. It owns the integral production line with independent intellectual property rights.
Connection method: Hot melt tape connection is mainly used, and the connection cost is slightly higher.
Cost and price: Under the same diameter and ring stiffness, more raw materials are consumed, and the production cost and price are higher.
Application scenarios
• Suitable for large-scale municipal drainage projects, mountain drainage projects and other occasions that need to withstand greater external pressure or complex environments.
• It can also be used as a manhole pipe for inspection wells.
We also produce: anti-static gas extraction and exhaust pipes for mining, which are connected by special pipe fittings (electric hot melt tape, heat shrink sleeve), which are easy to connect and economical to construct.
