HDPE Hollow Wall Corrugated Pipe produced by this line have high stiffness, high brunt intensity, and low weight due to it's unique structure. In addition, it has many advantages such as good creep deformation resistance, outer pressure resistance, erosion resistance(such as acid, alkali and salt etc), long life of approximate 50 years. It has been widely used for sewerage and drainage in municipal, it will replace the cement pipe, cast iron pipe and other pipes. It's low cost of assembling, easy operation, easy connection and economical construction can make it wide foreground and market potetial.
Our Advantages
Hollow wall pipe: Production process: The high-density polyethylene is first made into a rectangular pipe embryo by winding molding process, and then formed by winding welding. Structural features: The middle of the pipe wall is hollow and the ring stiffness is high. Diameter range: Not limited by the pipe diameter, large-diameter pipes can be produced, up to DN3000. Huashida is capable of producing large - diameter (4000mm) hollow - wall winding pipe production lines. It owns the integral production line with independent intellectual property rights.
Connection method: Hot melt tape connection is mainly used, and the connection cost is slightly higher.
Cost and price: Under the same diameter and ring stiffness, more raw materials are consumed, and the production cost and price are higher. Application scenarios
• Suitable for large-scale municipal drainage projects, mountain drainage projects and other occasions that need to withstand greater external pressure or complex environments.
• It can also be used as a manhole pipe for inspection wells.
We also produce: anti-static gas extraction and exhaust pipes for mining, which are connected by special pipe fittings (electric hot melt tape, heat shrink sleeve), which are easy to connect and economical to construct.

It's designed with advanced technology includes 1st single screw extruder for square shaped pipe, square shaped pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibration water tank, spray cooling water tank. 2ND single screww extruder for melting glue material, spiral forming unit, cutting and stack unit.

This kind of pipe is fit for municipal drainage of water less than 45ºC, building outdoor drainage, buried farmland drainage, industrial sewage, road drainage, sewage disposal work, sport field square drainage, electrical and telecommunication project etc.
