This production line is designed for manufacturing HDPE spiral wound drainage pipes with a diameter range of 300-1200mm. These pipes are widely used in municipal sewerage and drainage systems, gradually replacing traditional materials such as cement pipes and cast iron pipes.

Composite die-head design with rotational molding
Adhesive extruder is adjustable in multiple directions

High-speed operation with large storage capacity
Multi-point synchronous control of extrusion, adhesive extrusion, winding, and cutting
Two extruders and winding unit can be controlled separately using dual touch screens
