Product features:
1. Before and after the static balance valve, sufficient length of branch pipe sections must be installed to ensure the rated output of the flow rate.
2. The installation position of the static balance valve should be checked according to the drawing, and it is recommended to install it on the HVAC system return pipeline. At the same time, the direction of water flow in the pipeline should be checked, and the installation should strictly follow the direction of the water flow arrow on the valve body.
3. Before installing the static balance valve, the pipeline debris must be cleaned thoroughly. It is strictly prohibited to leave welding slag, branches, stones, and other debris in the pipeline to avoid damaging the valve.
4. During the welding of pipeline flanges, excessive deformation and welding angles should not affect the flatness of the sealing surface.
5. After installation, the static balance valve should be fully opened to allow for repeated flushing of the pipeline until it is clean. It is strictly prohibited to repeatedly close the valve during pipeline flushing to avoid damage.
