Product introduction:
The HC41X soundproof check valve disc adopts central axis guidance at both ends of the inlet and outlet, with flexible opening and closing, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is spring loaded, and its quick closure can effectively reduce water hammer pressure, with good sealing performance and no noise during closure. It has advantages such as small volume, light weight, low fluid resistance, fatigue resistance, and long service life.

Product features:
1. A "bullet head" shape design disc and a "waist drum" shape design body to improve the flow direction of the medium and reduce the flow resistance coefficient.
2. A short structure form, although the head loss is slightly larger than the lifting silent check valve, it is small in size and cheap in price.
3. Compact structure, equipped with non-metallic lubrication sleeve between the guide shaft and the guide frame, the valve disc can be lifted and lowered flexibly without any locking phenomenon.
4. The skeleton type rubber sealing ring is directly embedded on the valve body, avoiding direct erosion of the sealing ring by the medium for a long time, significantly extending its service life, and being sturdy and durable.
5. The short opening and closing stroke of the valve disc can effectively prevent water hammer.
6. Suitable for water supply and drainage systems, high-rise building pipe networks, can be installed at the outlet of pumps, with slight structural changes, can be used as a suction bottom valve, but not suitable for sewage pipe networks.
