Product Introduction:
The Z41W - 40P gate valve is a stainless steel flanged gate valve mainly used for weakly corrosive media. With a pressure
rating of 4.0MPa, it is suitable for various industrial pipeline systems. The opening and closing component of the gate valve
is the gate plate, whose movement direction is perpendicular to the fluid direction. It can only be fully opened or fully closed,
and cannot be used for regulation or throttling. The gate plate has two sealing surfaces forming a wedge shape, and the
wedge angle is usually 50 degrees. The gate plate of the wedge - type gate valve can be made rigid or elastic to adapt to
different process requirements. This kind of gate valve is widely used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical
industry, metallurgy, and pharmacy, especially in occasions where heat preservation and prevention of medium crystallization
are required. It can transport high - viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature, ensuring the normal operation of the
system and the stable transportation of the media.
