A pneumatic gate valve is a type of gate valve controlled by a pneumatic actuator to achieve valve opening and closing. It
can be divided into two parts: the upper part is the pneumatic actuator, and the lower part is the valve body. The operating
torque of the pneumatic actuator is greater than that of the valve, and the opening/closing speed can be adjusted. It features
a simple structure, easy maintenance, and due to the buffering characteristics of the gas itself during operation, it is less
likely to be damaged by jamming. However, it requires an air source, and its control system is more complex than that of
electric valves. Pneumatic gate valves are sensitive in response, safe and reliable. Many factories with high control
requirements specially set up compressed air stations for pneumatic instrument control components.
