Superior Abrasion Resistance: The inner lining is made from premium natural rubber or BR/SBR blends, specifically compounded to resist the cutting and gouging action of sharp rocks, shells, and coarse sand.
High Pressure Capability: Reinforced with multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic cord or spiral steel wire, our hoses can handle working pressures ranging from 10 bar to 25 bar (customizable) without bursting or bulging.
Weather and Aging Resistance: The outer cover is crafted from weather-resistant rubber (usually EPDM or CR blend) that protects the internal layers from UV radiation, ozone, seawater corrosion, and accidental external damage.
Flexible Connection: The hose acts as a vibration damper. It absorbs the kinetic energy and oscillation caused by the dredging pump and wave motion, protecting the rigid steel pipes from stress fatigue.
