Our HDPE Pipe Floaters (also known as Dredge Pipe Floats) are engineered using high-quality, UV-stabilized High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) shells filled with high-density Polyurethane (PU) foam. The outer shell is manufactured through rotational molding technology, ensuring a seamless, one-piece construction that prevents water ingress and ensures a service life of over 10 years even in saltwater or acidic conditions.
Exceptional Buoyancy: The closed-cell PU foam core ensures that even if the outer shell is accidentally punctured, the floater will not absorb water or sink.
Corrosion & Wear Resistance: HDPE is naturally resistant to sea salt, chemicals, and UV radiation, making it ideal for offshore applications.
