Manufactured using 100% virgin high-density polyethylene (LLDPE/HDPE) shells produced via advanced rotational molding technology, these shell bodies are filled with high-density closed-cell Polyurethane (PU) foam. This composite construction ensures maximum uplift capacity, low water absorption, and superior impact resistance—even if the outer shell experiences physical puncture during tough dredging operations.
100% Virgin Material Construction: Formulated with high-grade UV-resistant polyethylene resins, preventing thermal degradation and stress cracking in outdoor environments.
Non-Absorbent PU Foam Core: High-density polyurethane closed-cell foam prevents water penetration. Even if the external shell is breached by external collisions, buoyancy remains fully intact.
Seamless Rotomolded Shell: Single-piece rotational molding eliminates weak seams or weld joints, providing outstanding structural integrity against wave forces and impact.
Corrosion & UV Resistance: Immune to acid, alkali, marine salt erosion, and UV aging, extending service life up to 10–15 years under severe offshore conditions.
Quick Installation & Modularity: Designed with reinforced bolt slots and matching galvanised / stainless steel hardware for fast, secure assembly around existing pipeline layouts.
