It uncoils the strip coil, so the raw material is ready for preprocessing.Strip coil can be expanded bymanual/ pneumatic/ hydraulic.The uncoiler can berotated forward and backward. Strip coil expandingspeed can be adjusted.Braking device is a pneumatic brake, which is safe and reliable.
SHEARING AND BUTT-WELDINGMACHINE
Its function is shearing and aligning the head and the end of two different strips, cutting off irregular parts and welding two strips together, so the line can work continuously.
ACCUMULATOR HORIZONTAL ACCUMULATOR
This unit stores continuous steel strip to ensure continuous pipe production.lts structure adopts the storing mechanism that takes in strips on the edge and output in the middle.
FORMING MILL
It can gradually squeeze steel strip into tube blank by forming rolls.Power is transmitted through universal shafts to horizontal shafts on forming mill.
SIZING MILL
It can precisely squeeze the welded tube blank into required size and straighten tube blank to have ideal surface quality.
FRICTION SAW
It cuts the finished pipes into the required length.
Cold cutting sawThe cold cutting saw is to track the finished pipe, clamp it after synchronization, and cut it torequired length. The cutting processis controlled by servo motor. lts cutting edge of pipe has few burrs.
RUN OUT TABLE
It has single and double sidetypes.The function is to convey finished pipes to packing areaand unload them to different sides according to quality control.Unload direction can be set as needed.
SOLID STATE HIGHFREQUENCY WELDER
Its function is to weld the tube seam.lt has the advantage of highwelding quality, fast speed andreliable circuit, convenient commissioning and operation,and energy saving.
Forming Section
Function: to form the steel strips into a round shape and ready to be welded.

Welding Section
Function: To weld the edges of the steel strips together by H.F. Welder (the H.F. Welder is not included).
Forming & Sizing Mill
Function: After welding, the pipes are almost the round shape, but it still needs to be modified into a regular round shape.
2. Horizontal and vertical holder: Passed heat treatment to make black. The holder will rust protection when used.
3. Bearing : Used deep groove ball bearing
4. Welding : Argon welding machine (500A) .
5. Grinding head: Manual by hand to debugging.
6. Cutting machine: Abrasive cutting machine.
7. Drive motor used Siemens brand, grinding motor used Kaiyuan brand.
