Our PIR cooling materials uses raw materials of DOW, BASF, BAYER, HUNTSMAN and other foreign brands. PIR materials of Portfolio polyether and Isocyanate adopt high pressure foaming machine to foam. Under high pressure foaming, atomization mixing reaction is complete and the material is more uniform.
Our factory adopts advanced foaming technology to produce, which can avoid mechanical agitation and material inhomogeneity under low pressure foaming process.
International and national norms commonly used by PIR production: ASTMC591-01,Cini2.7.01,GB/T 25997-2010. In order to ensure the size accuracy of PIR products, we use CNC cutting equipment for secondary processing, which is easier to ensure the size accuracy and stability than other domestic mold forming or manual sawing machine.
