The double-clamp sliding pipe support is mainly used for laying and connecting the chemical energy pipeline. It is specially installed on the support seat under the cooling pipe and then the cooling block is clamped with double bolt tube.
Since the cooling capacity of the cooling pipe may be transmitted to the structural beam through the support, the cooling block is added to prevent the cooling capacity from spreading and generate a cold bridge, so as to play the role of heat insulation, cold insulation, vibration reduction and heat expansion buffer.
The raw material of the cooling block is PIR. Basic technical parameters are as below:
