1, Overview
The hydraulic cylinder of 330C excavator is a key power actuating component that drives its working device to perform core actions such as excavation, lifting, loading and unloading. Mainly includes:
· Bucket Cylinder: controls the curling and releasing of the bucket.
· Stick Cylinder: controls the extension and retraction of the stick (forearm).
· Boom Cylinder: controls the lifting and lowering of the boom (upper arm).
· (Optional) Bulldozer cylinder: controls the lifting and lowering of the bulldozer.

· Piston rod: Made of high-strength alloy steel and treated with hard chrome plating on the surface, it has extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can effectively cope with harsh working environments.
· Welding process: All key welds are welded by robots to ensure deep penetration and 100% consistency, greatly improving structural strength and reliability.
3. Optimized buffer design:
·The piston is designed with buffering structures at both ends, which can smoothly decelerate at the end of the stroke, effectively eliminate hydraulic shock, reduce pressure peaks and vibrations of the entire hydraulic system, and protect the cylinder itself, oil pipes, and the entire hydraulic system.
