The PV series hydraulic pump is a widely used axial piston variable displacement pump in industrial fields. 2,Working Principle
The PV pump is a type of swashplate axial piston pump. Its working principle is as follows: the drive shaft rotates the cylinder block. The pistons, uniformly distributed within the block, rotate with it. The spherical ends of the pistons are connected to slippers that are held against the swashplate. Because the swashplate is set at an angle (swashplate angle) to the axis of the cylinder block, the pistons reciproe within their bores as the block rotates, thereby performing suction and discharge of hydraulic fluid. By changing the angle of the swashplate, the stroke of the pistons is altered, allowing for continuous, stepless variation of the pump's displacement and output flow.
