1, Product Overview

· Product positioning: The MCR series belongs to precision cycloidal motors, not ordinary cycloidal motors (such as the BMRS series). It adopts the core principle of Nabotek's unique RV reducer technology - the cycloidal pinwheel planetary transmission mechanism, and has undergone hydraulic integration design, achieving performance far beyond traditional cycloidal motors.
· Core features: high precision, high rigidity, high torque, low noise, low vibration.

2, Working principle and core design
The core of MCR motor is the two-stage reduction mechanism with a double cycloidal gear structure:
1. First stage: planetary gear reduction (optional): Some models integrate a first stage involute planetary gear reduction to further increase torque.
2. Second stage: Cycloid pinwheel deceleration:
· The pressure oil drives an eccentric cam to rotate, driving two Cycloid Discs that are offset 180 ° from each other to perform eccentric motion.
· The outer teeth of the cycloid gear mesh with the fixed pin gear on the housing.
· The eccentric motion of the cycloidal gear is converted into low-speed rotational motion under the constraint of the ring gear, and output through the crank mechanism on the shaft.
· The double cycloid wheel design balances radial forces, resulting in a huge output torque and extremely smooth operation with almost no vibration.

3, Core product features
1. Extremely high starting and operating torque: The unique double cycloid structure makes its starting efficiency extremely high (up to 95% or more), and can output much larger torque than traditional motors of the same size.
2. Excellent low-speed stability and high precision: Even at ultra-low speeds of 0.1 rpm or lower, it can run smoothly without "crawling" phenomenon, and the position control accuracy is extremely high.
3. High rigidity and strong impact resistance: Multi tooth meshing (usually involving more than 50% of the needle teeth simultaneously) and sturdy structural design enable it to withstand heavy loads and strong impact loads.
4. Compact structure and extremely high power density: With extremely small volume and weight, it can output amazing torque, making it very suitable for space limited applications.
5. Low noise and low vibration: The balanced design and multi tooth meshing ensure quiet and stable operation.
6. High reliability and long lifespan: Using high-performance bearings and high-quality materials, with minimal wear and an extremely long design lifespan.
