The BMRS series motors feature a compact, economical design with shaft distribution flow. Utilizing Gerotor gear set technology, these motors deliver high power output with low weight and small volume.
1,Product introduction
It belongs to the internal meshing cycloidal gear motor, which has been widely used in many industrial fields due to its compact structure, economical price, high starting torque, and good low-speed stability.
2, Working principle
The core of BMRS motor is a planetary gear transmission mechanism with a tooth difference (i.e. cycloidal pinwheel meshing pair):
1. Pressure oil enters the motor chamber, pushing the internal cycloidal rotor (Geroler) to perform non rotational planetary motion within the fixed ring gear (Gerotor).
2. The eccentric motion of the rotor is converted into continuous rotational motion of the output shaft through a spline shaft or connecting rod mechanism.
3. The output shaft transmits torque and speed to the load end, driving the equipment to work.
3, Core product features
1. Compact structure, high power density: capable of outputting large torque in a very small volume, very suitable for installation space limited occasions.
2. Good low-speed stability: With excellent low-speed performance, the minimum stable speed can be as low as 1-5 rpm, or even lower, without any "crawling" phenomenon.
3. High starting torque: The starting mechanical efficiency is high, and it can start smoothly under heavy loads.
4. Affordable: The structure is relatively simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the procurement and maintenance costs have significant advantages.
5. Strong universality: As a standard series product, the interface size is uniform, making it easy to select and replace.
6. Rich optional options: Typically, multiple shaft extension forms (single flat key, double flat key, spline, etc.), oil port positions (axial, radial), displacement, and brake options are provided to meet different application needs.
4,Application
BMRS motors are widely used in equipment that requires low-speed and high torque drive due to their characteristics:
· Agricultural machinery: straw returning machine, harvester, seeder, rotary tiller, etc.
· Construction machinery: small excavator walking drive, mixer, winch, hydraulic winch, etc.
· Fishery machinery: net hoist, winch.
· Industrial equipment: feed mechanism of machine tools, conveyor belt drive, rotary worktable, valve opening device.
· Environmental sanitation equipment: cleaning truck, garbage compactor.
