The Analysis for Rexroth A10VO Axial Piston Commom Breakdown:
1. Pressure fluctuation and unstable running: Caused by air in LS signal line, blocked DFR pilot orifice or contaminated oil. Bleed air from LS line, clean control spool and keep hydraulic oil clean.
2. Failed to reduce flow and high system temperature: Caused by stuck DFR control spool or blocked X port unloading passage. Disassemble and clean the DFR regulator and inspect the X port channel.
3. Insufficient pressure and pressure drop under load: Caused by worn valve plate & piston slipper assembly or fatigued compensator spring. Test case drain flow and replace worn parts or pressure spring.
