The Analysis For Rexroth A4VSO Piston Pump Common Breakdown:
Insufficient output flow and slow movement of actuators. Wear between pistons and cylinder block or scratched valve plate increases internal leakage, so the pump cannot deliver rated flow. It slows down the feeding speed of cylinders on machine tools and small hydraulic stations, extends processing cycle, and the problem is more obvious under heavy load.
