Additionally, it utilizes pulse heat riveting method and incorporates PLC+HMI control technology, providing flexible operation, high work efficiency, and reliable riveting results.
 
(2) The controller of this machine employs advanced PID closed-loop control algorithm technology and is equipped with RS-485/Ethernet communication interface. It also features password protection for parameter settings, enabling fast heating and cooling, real-time feedback of heating curves, convenient configuration and retrieval of riveting parameters, and effective prevention of unauthorized parameter modifications.
