The PVC Yarn Coating Machine is a compact, high-efficiency production line designed for manufacturing PVC coated yarn. Built around an SJ-35 single screw extruder, this machine is offered in two configurations: a single color version for standard yarn production, and a dual color version with co-extrusion capability for producing two-tone or color-bonded yarn products.
Operating at a maximum line speed of 600 m/min, from raw material feeding through yarn winding — into a streamlined, easy-to-operate.
The single color version uses a single PVC compound stream fed through the SJ-35 extruder and mould, producing uniform single-color PVC yarn.
Best for: Brush bristles, ropes, twines, packaging yarn, industrial textiles, single-color artificial grass yarn.
The double-color version adds a co-extrusion system to the SJ-35 platform. Two color streams are combined in the mould to produce bi-color or two-tone yarn in one pass. This version is ideal for decorative products, specialty brushes, and branded yarn applications.
