Our range of polymer additive masterbatches includes specialized formulations such as Plastic Defoamer Masterbatch and CaO Desiccant Masterbatch, designed for compatibility with HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, and PS resins. These additives address common challenges in plastic manufacturing, particularly for facilities utilizing either recycled or virgin polymers. The presence of residual moisture often leads to defects in finished products—such as bubbling, surface streaks, cracking, or uneven textures—traditionally necessitating energy-intensive pre-drying procedures.
 
By incorporating our masterbatches directly into the raw material at a recommended ratio of 1% to 5%, manufacturers can avoid additional drying steps. This streamlined process not only conserves energy and reduces labor but also shortens production cycles and decreases overall operational expenses. The masterbatch is engineered to integrate seamlessly into existing processes including injection molding, film blowing, and extrusion, without altering equipment settings or final product characteristics.
 
Composed primarily of polyethylene, calcium oxide, and calcium carbonate, this desiccant masterbatch is non-toxic, odorless, and safe for handling. It begins activation at temperatures between 130°C and 140°C and remains effective for 12–24 hours after exposure to air. Its alkaline nature (pH ≥ 7) ensures compatibility with polyolefins and polystyrene, while its melt flow index (1–30 g/10min) supports uniform dispersion within the polymer matrix.
