Product description
Raw Material:
1. can be virgin plastic material. PP, PE PS, ABS, HIPS,  PLA
2. can be recyclable material, like  PP, PS granules FLAKES
 
SHEET SPECIFICATION:
Usual Sheet Width: 600-800-1000-1500 mm
Usual Sheet Thickness: 0.2-2.2 mm
 
APPLICATION:
1. This line is specially used for producing PP, PE PS, ABS, HIPS,  PLA sheet.
2. Surface Treatment: Adding some additives can improve intensity/toughness/rigidity, flame retardant, embossing, frosting, etc.
3. Application: Packing, printing, stationery, art works etc.
4. Main Products: Gift/ad/file bag/lamp cover/food packaging

MAIN FEATURES:
1. Screw with special mixing and plasticization function.
2. Coat hanger T-type die head with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately.
3. Horizontal. vertical, 45 degree incline type 3 Roller Calendars may be lifted freely, sheet thickness shall be regualted by screw and pressing roller.
4. Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness.
5. Exact slicing machine, excellent cross surface.
6. Winder with big torque motor, and it's speed and tension force adjustable.
7. Automatic metering to set the length of the products.
