• Single-screw extruder: The core equipment for melting and plasticizing PP raw materials. It stably conveys and extrudes molten plastic materials to ensure uniform tube wall thickness.
• Tube die head: Professional annular die structure for hollow tube extrusion. Different specifications of die and mandrel can be replaced to produce core tubes of various inner diameters and wall thicknesses.
• Vacuum sizing tank: Adopts vacuum negative pressure shaping technology to guarantee high roundness, accurate inner and outer diameter size and stable tube shape.
• Cooling water tank: Further cools and solidifies the shaped PP tube to prevent deformation and improve product hardness.
• Crawler tractor: Provides stable and synchronous traction speed, matching the extrusion output to control tube wall thickness precisely.
• Fixed-length cutting machine: Automatic precise cutting according to the set length with smooth and flat cutting surface, no burrs.
• Material rack: Automatically collects and stacks finished PP core tubes.
• Electric control system: Equipped with PLC and touch screen, realizing integrated intelligent control of temperature, extrusion speed, traction speed and cutting length.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.

Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
