1.1 Raw Material Feeding & Drying Unit

1. Automatic vacuum auto feeder: closed dust-free conveying for virgin TPU pellets, avoid dampness and dust pollution.
2. Hot air drying hopper: precisely control temp 80~120℃, keep TPU moisture below 0.05%, prevent hydrolysis, ideal for humid climate like Vietnam & India.
3. Optional gravimetric color masterbatch doser: ±0.2% dosing accuracy for consistent colored TPU hose.

1.2 SJ65 Single Screw Main Extruder (YAOAN Original Design)

• Screw & barrel: 38CrMoAlA, integral nitriding treatment, L/D=28:1, specially optimized for polyester & polyether TPU to avoid scorch and crystal spot.
• Driving: 18.5kW main motor with ABB inverter, Omron multi-zone PID temperature control, tolerance ±1℃.
• Heavy-duty hard-tooth reducer for continuous 24h stable running, suitable for global factory condition.

1.3 Modular Extrusion Die Head for 4–16mm OD Tube

1. Vacuum sizing process: forming by negative pressure vacuum, running speed: 10~15 m/min, for standard thick-wall industrial pneumatic hose with strict OD & wall thickness tolerance;
2. Internal air blowing forming: stable inner compressed air shaping, max running speed up to 40 m/min, for thin-wall lightweight transparent TPU air tube.
   Roundness tolerance ≤0.03mm, wall thickness tolerance ±0.05mm, meet EU & US precision pneumatic standard.

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.

Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
