The working principle of the high-speed mixer: The motor directly drives the main shaft to rotate through the belt wheel and the reduction box. The rotating blades with special shapes installed on the main shaft rotate accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material rises along the tapered wall of the fixed mixing tank and is in a state of reversing motion. , Forming a kind of swirling motion, for materials of different densities, it is easy to mix uniformly in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is more than twice that of ordinary mixers.
