High-Speed Hot Mixing System
Friction Heating Action: Specially angled mixing blades rotate at high speeds (up to 1,000–1,500 RPM), creating high shear friction that rapidly raises material temperatures (up to 120°C).
Moisture & Volatile Elimination: Frictional heat evaporates residual moisture and volatile gases from PVC resin, stabilizers, and CaCO₃ fillers, venting them out via top exhaust ports.
3-Tier Cast Stainless Blades: Dynamic balance-tested SS304/SS316 3-blade assemblies ensure full material vortex motion without dead zones.
High-Efficiency Cooling System
Rapid Thermal Drop: Transferring hot batches directly into the secondary cooling unit drops temperatures from 120°C to ~40–50°C quickly.
Agglomeration Prevention: Continuous low-speed stirring against a large jacketed cooling wall prevents thermal degradation, caking, or pre-melting before downstream extrusion.
Double-Jacket Water Cooling: High-flow water jackets encompass the side walls and bottom chamber for maximum heat dissipation.

Stainless Steel Pot Interior: Heavy-duty SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish prevents abrasive calcium powders from sticking or wearing down tank walls.
Hard-Faced Wear Resistance: Agitator blades and high-impact areas receive hard-surface coatings to handle high filler concentrations (CaCO₃, TiO₂).

Operational Process & System Design
Hot Mixer Stage: High-speed rotation generates friction heat up to 120°C. This process removes residual moisture from raw materials and ensures total dispersion of liquid additives and fillers into the PVC resin matrix.
Cooling Mixer Stage: Hot-mixed batches automatically discharge into the secondary cooling unit. The cooling jacket drops the dry-blend temperature down to 40°C, preventing agglomeration, caking, and premature melting prior to downstream extrusion.
