Why is this unit referred to as a "high-speed" and "turbine-type" mixer?
It employs specially shaped mixing blades arranged vertically; rotating at high speeds (with a linear velocity of 20–50 m/s), these blades induce a vigorous, "turbine-like" flow of the material. This high-speed, high-intensity motion generates intense inter-particle friction, resulting in a temperature rise; the consequent increase in temperature creates ideal conditions for the thorough blending of various additives (such as plasticizers, stabilizers, and lubricants) across different temperature ranges. The high-speed turbine mixer is the ideal mixing equipment, perfectly suited to the requirements of polymer compounding and processing.

BEISU: technical department supply the whole layout for workshop details.

BEISU: (1) short-time engineers to customer company (5-15 days)

3. Any quality checking before shipment?
BEISU: 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality certificate.
4. How long is the guarantee?
BEISU: 12 months since the first day customer operates (except wear parts)
5. How can u help us when face some technical problem?
BEISU: 24 hours by e-mail, message, calling. If problems happens need engineer we will arrange the closest or agent in local country, or send Chinese Engineers to solve in 2 weeks.
