Plastic mixing units are mainly suitable for the batching, mixing, drying, coloring of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, and the drying and devolatilization process before processing of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate; they are also widely used in material mixing in industries such as powder, metallurgy, and ceramics. Typical applications include PVC dry mixing production, filling and modification of plastics, premixing of composite processes, and premixing of wood-plastic composite materials. The SRL series mainly includes two series: hot mixing and cold mixing. The unit is mainly composed of a pot body, agitator blades, a power transmission device, a base, an electric control cabinet, etc.

Application:
Horizontal plastic mixer is mainly suitable for mixing plastic particles (such as PP, PE, PET, PVC, PU), masterbatch or color powder, additives, waste particles, etc.

1. How many electric, water, air need for the machines?
BEISU: technical department supply the whole layout for workshop details.
2. Can I operate machine if don't have experienced engineers?
BEISU: (1) short-time engineers to customer company (5-15 days)
(2) Year-time working as requirements
3. Any quality checking before shipment?
BEISU: 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality certificate.
4. How long is the guarantee?
BEISU: 12 months since the first day customer operates (except wear parts)
5. How can u help us when face some technical problem?
BEISU: 24 hours by e-mail, message, calling. If problems happens need engineer we will arrange the closest or agent in local country, or send Chinese Engineers to solve in 2 weeks.
6. Where can we get spare part?
BEISU: we choose International Brand that customer can find it in everywhere, such as Siemens,Omron, Delixi etc, or send parts by DHL, Fedex, TNT and other express.
