Q2:Can we get your free samples? A2:Yes, you can. Samples are free for the customers with 1-3pcs ,but the freight for express is on buyer's account.
Q3 Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order? A3:Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
Q4:What is the normal lead time? A4-1: For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7- 10work days after we receive your payment.
A4-2: For OEM products, the delivery time is 20-30 work days after we receive your payment.
Q5:What is your payment term? A5-1:T/T, L/C. A5-2. For bulk production: 50% pay in advance, 50% pay before shipment.
Q6: What is your shipping way? A6: We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.By sea, by air, or by express, etc.
Q7: How do you control the quality?
A7:We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
Q8:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us? A8:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
