Suction process: under the action of pressure in the pump chamber, the check valve connected with the liquid storage bottle is closed to prevent liquid backflow to the liquid storage bottle; At the same time, the check valve at the upper outlet is also closed. At this time, the negative pressure formed in the pump chamber makes the clean liquid in the liquid storage bottle be sucked into the pump chamber through the liquid inlet pipe.
Intake and mixing: At the same time as the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber, the outside air enters the pump chamber through a special intake channel and mixes with the inhaled clean liquid.
Discharge process: When you release the pressure on the pump head, the pump head bounces back under the action of the internal spring or other elastic components, and the pressure in the pump chamber is reduced. At this time, the check valve at the inlet is closed, and the check valve at the outlet is opened. Under the action of pressure difference, the gas-liquid mixture in the pump chamber is extruded from the outlet in the form of foam through the filter screen or other homogenizing device, so as to achieve the output and use of clean foam.
