PC glazed tile is a type of asbestos-free composited sheet, extruded based on PC resin, co-extruded with ASA, PMMA engineering plastic. It's mainly applied in the building construction, to meet high quality roofing tile demand.
PC glazed tile extrusion line consists of premixing units, conical extruder, co-extruder, T-die mold, calibration device, embossing rollers, saw cutter, hauling set, etc.
Process is: premixing the PC resin with fillers, additives, then extrude the mixed PC materials together with ASA/PMMA co-extruding, to T-die molding; after calibration, embossing, cutting, to make the final PC tile.
Midtech can provide the complete solution for glazed tile extrusion, includes: machinery equipment( from premixing device to final tiles packing system), ackonwledge (fomulation, process operations), installation and trainning etc.
