Vertical water ring pelletizing plastic extrusion granulator
This unit is suit for one stage or two stage pelletizer, cutting part is water ring cutter,die head,Blades constitute.
Traditional waste plastic pelletizing recycling cutting technology is extruding melt zipper cooling then cutting. In contrast, the directing cutting when it melt with water, it will be cutted, so the melt cutting has advantages than Solid granulation.
Vertical water ring pelletizing plastic extrusion granulation unit is ingeniously matched by high speed mixing granulator and single screw extruder.
Agglomerator extruder vertical water ring pelletizing can according different raw material to choose different diameter screw or gas exhaust. Low melting temperature, effectively reducing the re-degradation of the material.
