PetroChina DG45S is a high-performance virgin polypropylene homopolymer. It is designed exclusively for high-speed fiber extrusion and non-woven fabric production. PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical manufactures this Kunlun-branded resin, supplied as clean translucent pellets in 25-kilogram bags (HS Code: 3902100000). It has an ideal melt flow rate of 40 g/10 min (230°C, 2.16kg), granting excellent melt fluidity. This property reduces extruder die pressure and maximizes operational throughput. The material has stable spinnability. It prevents filament breakage during high-speed drawing, maintaining uniform fiber size and high tensile strength.
DG45S fits sensitive medical and hygiene applications perfectly. It is widely applied to make spunbond non-woven fabrics. These fabrics are core components for medical face masks and protective gowns. Besides this medical usage, DG45S is highly popular for manufacturing staple fibers, industrial filtration media, geotextiles and carpet yarns.
