A high-flow homopolymer polypropylene (PP) resin, PetroChina Z30S is supplied as white translucent pellets. Tailored for high-speed fiber spinning and non-woven fabric manufacturing, it has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point of 164°C–170°C. The material exhibits outstanding flow properties, low ash levels, and high durability against acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
Z30S is extensively employed in three main categories: medical and hygiene products (surgical gowns, diapers), textile items including BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, and industrial safety components such as seat belts and heavy-duty straps.
