Production line composition
PP/PE/ABS thick plate production line mainly consists of the following key parts:
1. Extruder: responsible for heating and melting the pre-treated plastic raw materials, and extruding the molten plastic through the rotation of the screw.
2. Mold system: The shape of the mold determines the final shape and size of the thick plate. The melt is subjected to pressure and temperature in the mold, gradually cooling and curing into the desired thick plate shape.
3. Cooling system: By blowing, water cooling or other means, quickly reduce the temperature of the thick plate, so that it can further cure and maintain its shape.
4. Cutting system: According to the set size and quantity, the thick plate after cooling and curing is precisely cut to obtain the finished product that meets the requirements.
5.The control system plays a key role in the entire production process, ensuring the stable operation of the production line and the stability of product quality by precisely controlling the various process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.).
