Colorful PP Honeycomb Panels are high-performance composite honeycomb panels manufactured from food-grade polypropylene (PP) raw material via advanced one-piece molding technology. They combine the core advantages of lightweight, high strength, environmental friendliness and durability, while offering a wide range of color options to meet customized requirements for various applications. Composed of upper and lower colored PP surface sheets and a central PP honeycomb core layer, the panels feature stable structure and excellent performance, making them an ideal upgraded alternative to traditional sheet materials.

- Multiple standard colors available, including matte black, bright blue, pure white, light gray and solid black, with custom Pantone color matching supported.
- The panel surface is smooth and flat, and can be processed with various finishes such as high-gloss, frosted, anti-slip texture, combining aesthetic appeal with practicality.

Structure & Performance
- Lightweight & High Strength: The honeycomb core structure achieves "replacing solid with hollow", with a weight only 1/5 of wood and 1/32 of aluminum of the same volume. Meanwhile, it has excellent compression and impact resistance, far exceeding the load-bearing capacity of traditional panels, and is not easy to deform or break.
- Sound & Heat Insulation: The honeycomb core forms a large number of closed air layers, effectively blocking the transmission of sound and heat, with outstanding sound insulation, thermal insulation and heat insulation performance, suitable for noise reduction and thermal insulation applications.

The panel adopts a three-layer composite structure, with colored PP surface sheets on the top and bottom, and a PP honeycomb core layer in the middle. The one-piece molding process ensures structural stability:
