It works as a stand up pouch exhaust valve and a coffee bean bag degassing valve. The food grade plastic air vent valve releases CO₂. It blocks oxygen, moisture, and contaminants. Bags stay flat. Coffee stays fresh.

How It Works
CO₂ builds inside the sealed bag after roasting or filling.
Internal pressure reaches 2–3 mbar. The valve membrane lifts.
Excess gas vents outward.
Pressure drops. The valve reseals automatically.
External air cannot enter. The valve opens only when internal pressure exceeds external pressure.
This prevents bag expansion, seal rupture, and oxidation. No manual intervention needed.
