Indoor Playground:
Regular physical activity can produce long term health benefits. People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities can benefit from being physically active. The more physical activity you do, the greater the health benefits. Indoor playground center is the choice.
The choice of materials for each playground components is based on a set of rules that implicates:
1. Mechanical demands such as strength, elasticity, impact and wear resistance.
2. Physical demands such as climatic strength (moisture, rot, ozone, UV radiation, corrosion, and temperature fluctuations), colourability and manufacturability.
3. Environmental demands such as recycling potential - meaning parts that have no
critical contents, e.g. heavy metal based UV stabilizers, and no PVC.
4. Visual demands such as surface texture, range of gloss, lowest possible degree of fading under exposure of sunlight within the frames of the environment standards (3), no major color changes due to wear maintenance (colored-through materials).
5. High consideration to the users with regard to resilience and textures of surfaces, heat conduction, rounding of edges, etc.
Products Materials:
TUBES, SLIDE, PLASTIC COMPONENTS:
Rotational molded from Linear Low-Density Polyethy -lene (LLDPE), with color molded in. The aluminum mold makes the plastic parts more durable, smoother than the one made of steel. The thickness of the plastic is about 6 mm. The diameter inside for the straight tube is 68 cm and the diameter inside of the curved tube is 76 cm.
Plastic
All plastic components retain their properties in the temperature range of -30°C to 60°C. All plastic materials are UV and ozone protected to the maximum within the frames of the strongest environmental demands. Only plastic materials and additives in compliance with the EN 71 standard are used.
Wood
Wood is harvested from plantations with sound re-forestation programs. The variety of wood is
specially selected for use in playgrounds, which are made of good quality pine (Pinus Sylvestris), full-squared, planed, with rounded edges and without dead knots. Pressure impregnated with Tanalith E according to EN 351-1 and EN 335-2 under carefully controlled conditions to ensure minimal environmental impacts.
