How to build your indoor soft playground            

Step one:             

If you want to set up an indoor playground, please send us back the layout of floor plan. It will be appreciated if you can send us CAD format.   

(Pay attention:1. If there were some obstacle like columns existed in your area, pls mark clearly about the column size and the distance from the column to 4 sides; Please mark the height, especially the minimum height)

Step two:             

Please confirm the following information so we can get to know your requirement more clearly           

1. Where is the door/entrance for the playground?            

2. Which color/theme do you like?             

3. How old are the kids who will use this playground?             

4. What’s your budget for this playground?            

5. Also you can tell us the accessories you want to put inside this playground.         

Step three:          

After getting the detailed information, our professional designer will give a perfect design according to your requirement for free. Or you can choose our current designs and amend it according to your area size.  

Step four:            

Negotiate about the price and confirm the details for the design, sign the contract.         

Our payment term is 30% deposit by T/T, the balance before shipment. Usually our production time is 15~20days             

Step five:             

Before the shipment, we will set up the frame of the indoor playground and take photos.       

Step six:       

Shipment: If you have your own forwarder agency, you can arrange the shipment yourself. If you required, we can also arrange the shipment for you. Pls tell us your nearest port to your place and we will consult the shipping cost for you.

Step seven:          

Installation: we have professional CAD installation instruction for you, but if you required, we can also arrange our technical workers to go to your country to guild the installation. You have to charge for the cost of the round-trip ticket, the visa, arrange the food and hotel and labor cost for worker.

Warranty time: All the components have one year warranty.
