The LEUZE PRK3C.T3/6T-M8 is a polarized retro-reflective photoelectric sensor designed for detecting highly transparent bottles and transparent films. With an operating range of 0 - 3 m (and a limit of 0 - 3.6 m) when used with a TK(S) 100x100 reflector, it offers reliable performance. The autocollimation feature ensures accurate detection even in challenging scenarios. The red LED light source provides stable illumination. Whether in a beverage production line for bottle detection or in a packaging process for film monitoring, this sensor stands out.

Robust and Reliable Design

This industrial automation product from LEUZE features a sturdy construction. Its housing is made of plastic (PC - ABS), and the lens cover is plastic/PMMA. The sensor is protected with IP 69K and IP 67 ratings, making it suitable for use in harsh environments, including those with high-pressure washdowns. It has a 4 - pin M8 metal connector for easy connection. The teach button allows for convenient sensitivity adjustment. The device is short circuit protected and has polarity reversal protection, ensuring long - term and stable operation.

The PRK3C.T3/6T - M8 operates on a supply voltage of 10 - 30 V DC, with a residual ripple of 0 - 15% from UB and an open - circuit current of 0 - 15 mA.
