TeSys K Series Thermal Overload Relay:The LV433807 is a standard thermal overload relay from the TeSys K series, designed to provide reliable and accurate protection against overload and phase loss for electric motors, widely used in industrial motor control and power distribution systems.
Adjustable Current Range: 38–54 A:Features an adjustable setting range of 38 to 54 amperes, suitable for various sizes of three-phase induction motors. Users can precisely set the trip current according to the motor’s rated value for optimal protection matching.
Designed for Use with Contactors:Can be directly mounted and paired with LC1K series contactors (e.g., LC1K09–LC1K38) to form a complete electromechanical motor starter, offering a standardized "contactor + thermal relay" motor protection solution.
Bimetallic Thermal Tripping Principle:Utilizes proven bimetallic thermal actuation technology: overcurrent heats the bimetal strip, causing it to bend and trigger the tripping mechanism, safely disconnecting the control circuit during overload conditions.
Built-in Phase Loss (Single Phasing) Protection:Equipped with mechanical phase-loss protection that ensures reliable tripping even if only one phase is lost—even when the remaining phases are within normal current limits—preventing motor damage due to unbalanced operation.
