The GE IS2020RKPSG2A is a VME Rack Power Supply Module belonging to the Mark VI Series, integral to GE’s Speedtronic gas turbine control systems. As a standalone, 400W power supply, it mounts on the right-hand side of VME control/interface racks via a sheet metal bracket, delivering critical DC voltages to the VME backplane and an optional 335V DC output for flame detectors. It supports two input voltages: 125V DC and a low-24V DC version, and serves as a direct replacement for the older RKPSG1.
Equipped with a front-panel locking power switch and three status LEDs, it simplifies monitoring and troubleshooting. Key connections include top-mounted PSA/PSB and bottom-mounted PS125/PS24, PS335, PS28, and PSSTAT connectors. Its design features side-mounted metal fins as a heat sink and a front faceplate labeling revision/serial numbers for easy reference, aligning with Mark VI’s legacy of Speedtronic technology.

Voltage Supply & Versatility: Delivers +5V, ±12V, ±15V, ±28V to the VME backplane; optional 335V DC for flame detectors. Supports 125V/24V DC inputs, adapting to diverse industrial power setups.
User-Friendly Operation: Front-panel locking power switch controls outputs and resets faults; three LEDs provide clear status: input power (yellow), fault (red), normal (green). Faults clear only if the root cause is resolved.
Rugged Design: Standalone module with side-mounted metal fin heat sinks for thermal management; sheet metal bracket mounting ensures stability in VME racks.
Configuration Flexibility: Powers external peripherals via P28C/PS28 outputs by switching a left-side jumper from “Normal” to “Isolated.” 5V output has a special current limit: undervoltage (UV) triggers shutdown of all other outputs until 5V recovers.
